Training sessions in groups up to 25. The benefit of personal training with out the cost. Coaches get the opportunity to work with members to correct issues and form.

Sessions Change weekly to keep training interesting and confuse the muscles in just the right way.

How do I get started?

SChedule your fitness consult

The FMS consists of a series of mobility and stability exercises and clearing ‘tests’ that will reveal any imbalances in the body. This allows individuals and trainers to become aware of imbalances in movement before beginning a program, so they can first correct it.

Director reccomendations

After completing the FMS, the coordinator will make a recommendation as to which Sessions will be a best fit for you and your fitness goals.

Foundations establishes proper movement and a base level of conditioning 

before beginning to build more advanced layers of conditioning

After Burn is the fat burning workout where you continue to burn calories hours after your workout

Industrial Strength works with heavier loads and less reps to create strength without bulk, 

providing the fastest path to better bone density, strength and conditioning

 

VO2 MAX is functional movements at high intensity to increase endurance, strength and aerobic energy.
